Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp to reschedule.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or a rescheduled session, at your preference. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Spiritual Journeys
Deposits for spiritual journeys are non-refundable once travel and accommodation arrangements are confirmed on your behalf, unless the journey itself is cancelled or rescheduled by us.
Gemstone Purchases
Given their personalised nature, gemstone purchases are final once certification and sizing are confirmed with you. Please review all details carefully before completing payment.
